I received the 2 pens and only one works. Company claims it is Canadian but charged me Federal and Provincial Excise Tax on top of the ONT HST. When asked why I never got a reply.

Hello Jo-Ann. We are 100% Canadian; this is why we charge Canadian taxes. Vape juice is subject to federal and provincial excise tax. These taxes are separate from regular provincial HST (sales tax). So the vape juice will have excise taxes added (both federally and provincially), and on top of that, you will be charged your provincial and federal sales tax. So, excise tax, then sales tax. Great to be a Canadian, eh?

One of the batteries was defected and only lasted less than a week. Then the pod started leaking and the juice just dripped out the bottom. Disappointing but customer service is great and a replacement is on it’s way.
